Online E2E Cash Loans in Sberbank Supported by Asseco SEE

The world of loans for enterprises is no longer restricted only to the traditional banking channels. With this in mind and a goal to enable access to online cash loans to its business customers, Sberbank in Serbia carried out a project on the implementation of a digital E2E process for cash loans together with Asseco SEE.

The implemented process is simple, quick and adjusted to digital channels. Furthermore, personalized offer for E2E loans is provided to the customers that meet criteria for cash loan approval. With the automated process in the background and the online loan application which includes only a few simple steps, the customers can be informed about the loan approval in several minutes.

The successful completion of the project has initiated further cooperation between Sberbank in Serbia and Asseco SEE in order to introduce other products which can be approved in this manner.

Once again, both Sberbank and Asseco SEE have shown a deep understanding of the business customer requirements and expectations, and will continue activities on ensuring fast, easy and secure online access to banking products and services.
