We provide service organizations in all SEE countries as a centralized system, which means that the entire process of the maintenance is standardized and optimized for a maximum quality of service.

Customer has a single point of contact and could easily follow SLA fulfillment throughout a various of reports which we provide in our system.
Entire Asseco payment environment infrastructure and processes around them are PCI DSS certified, and all of our services are developed and maintained according to international quality standards, which is verified by ISO 21701, ISO 9001 and IS022000 certificates.

Asseco is offering several models of ATM maintenance, including innovative outsourcing model, according to „turn-key“ principle: HW, SW, maintenance in a single fee monthly package.

This enables our clients to focus on business, while keeping the operational part under control in an OPEX based model.

Shared ATM network (Independent ATM deployment)

As part of our value added services portfolio, Asseco offers unique service of shared ATM under the brand of “MultiCard”.

Multicard implies independent network of ATMs, shared between the banks, with ATMs installed on most attractive locations. All of the banks’ customers, members of the Multicard network, can withdraw money for free on any Multicard ATM.

The purpose of the Multicard service is to provide shared ATM network between multiple banks, with the advantage of the fact that all the transactions from member banks are treated like on-us transactions.
