Growth in Sales Revenues and Profitability of ASEE Group in Q2 2025

ASEE Group, (GPW: ASEECOSEE, ASE) has announced its financial results for Q2 and H1 2025, reporting sales revenues of EUR 100.2 million for the second quarter and EUR 195.9 million for the first half of the year. These figures represent year-over-year increases of 8% and 10%, respectively, compared to the same periods in 2024.

Q2 2025 financial results

In the second quarter of 2025, the largest year-over-year increase in sales revenues was recorded by the Payment Solutions segment, which rose by 19% to EUR 52.2 million. This was followed by Banking Solutions, which posted a 9% increase compared to Q2 2024, reaching EUR 18.6 million. In contrast, sales revenues from Dedicated Solutions declined by 2%, totaling EUR 27 million during the same period.

ASEE Group reported an operating profit of EUR 11.9 million in Q2 2025, representing an 18% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The most significant growth was recorded in the Dedicated Solutions segment, where operating profit rose by EUR 3 million year-over-year, reaching EUR 0.6 million. In contrast, operating profit declined in both the Payment Solutions and Banking Solutions segments, down EUR 0.7 million and EUR 0.2 million respectively, totaling EUR 7.7 million for Payment Solutions and EUR 3.8 million for Banking Solutions.

In Q2 2025, ASEE Group reported EBITDA of EUR 18.1 million, representing a 16% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The strongest growth was observed in the Dedicated Solutions segment, where EBITDA rose by EUR 3.2 million to reach EUR 1.9 million. Meanwhile, EBITDA in the Payment Solutions and Banking Solutions segments saw slight declines of EUR 0.1 million and EUR 0.2 million, respectively, amounting to EUR 11.8 million for Payment Solutions and EUR 4.5 million for Banking Solutions. 

H1 2025 financial results

In the first half of 2025, the highest increase in sales revenues was recorded by the Payment Solutions segment, which reached EUR 107.9 million, an increase of EUR 20.4 million compared to the same period in the previous year. Banking Solutions generated sales revenues of EUR 37 million, up EUR 3.3 million year-over-year. In contrast, sales revenues from the Dedicated Solutions segment totaled EUR 51.5 million, reflecting a decline of EUR 2.7 million in overall revenues but generated growth in revenues from proprietary solutions and services within the segment.

In the first half of 2025, ASEE Group reported an operating profit of EUR 23.6 million, representing a 12% increase compared to H1 2024. The most significant improvement was seen in the Dedicated Solutions segment, where operating profit rose by EUR 2.4 million to EUR 0.4 million. Operating profit in the Payment Solutions and Banking Solutions segments also recorded slight year-over-year increases, reaching EUR 15.4 million (up EUR 0.5 million) and EUR 8.2 million (up EUR 0.2 million), respectively.

 In the first half of 2025, ASEE Group reported EBITDA of EUR 36 million, reflecting a 12% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The most substantial growth was recorded in the Dedicated Solutions segment, where EBITDA rose by EUR 2.6 million to EUR 3.0 million. EBITDA also increased in the Payment Solutions and Banking Solutions segments, up EUR 1.6 million and EUR 0.2 million respectively, reaching EUR 23.4 million and EUR 9.7 million.
