Increase in the ASEE Group’s Operating Profit in Q3 2025 Driven by Growth in the Dedicated Solutions and Banking Solutions Segments
Warsaw, 24 October 2025: The ASEE Group (WSE: ASEECOSEE, ASE) has published its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, in which the company achieved sales revenues, adjusted for the impact of one-off transactions*, of EUR 105.5 million, representing a 2% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
The highest increase in sales revenues in the third quarter of 2025, compared to the same period of the previous year, was recorded in the Banking Solutions segment (+EUR 3.8 million), where revenues reached EUR 19.8 million, representing a 24% increase. This growth was generated across all business lines, with the largest increase of EUR 2 million coming from the line responsible for core banking systems. The second-largest increase in sales revenues was recorded in the Dedicated Solutions segment, where revenues in Q3 2025 amounted to EUR 32.5 million, representing an increase of EUR 1.3 million (4%) compared to Q3 2024. The growth in this segment was driven by the line responsible for proprietary software and related services. Meanwhile, the revenues of the Payment Solutions segment amounted to EUR 53.2 million in the third quarter of 2025, representing a decrease of EUR 3.3 million (6%) compared to the same period of the previous year. The largest decline in revenues, amounting to EUR 3.4 million, was recorded in the line responsible for the sale and maintenance of ATMs, due to a lower value of newly delivered ATMs.
The ASEE Group’s operating profit, adjusted for the impact of one-off transactions and hyperinflation, amounted to EUR 18.3 million, representing a 21% increase. The highest growth in operating profit was achieved by the Dedicated Solutions segment (+EUR 3.7 million), reaching EUR 3.8 million. Operating profit also increased in the Banking Solutions segment (+EUR 2.1 million), reaching EUR 5.3 million. In contrast, operating profit in the Payment Solutions segment declined by EUR 2.7 million, amounting to EUR 9.2 million in Q3 2025.
The ASEE Group’s EBITDA in Q3 2025 amounted to EUR 24.4 million, representing a 17% increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The largest EBITDA growth was recorded in the Dedicated Solutions segment (+EUR 3.7 million), where EBITDA reached EUR 5.1 million, followed by the Banking Solutions segment, where EBITDA amounted to EUR 6.0 million, up EUR 2.1 million compared to Q3 2024. A decline in EBITDA of EUR 2.3 million was observed in the Payment Solutions segment, where it amounted to EUR 13.3 million.
