Procredit bank, in cooperation with Asseco SEE, has opened the first self-service bank in Serbia. The innovation is in ATMs with 8 cassettes, which will be used for the realization of the cash transactions.
Procredit bank is the first bank that uses ATMs with 8 cassettes for multicurrency (EUR and RSD) pay-in and pay-out transactions.
This is the first bank which enabled recycling both for RSD and foreign currencies. Having in mind that a recycling system enables money inserted by one user to be paid to another, this significantly reduces activities and the cost of filling and emptying of the ATMs. So far none of the banks in Serbia had the possibility of recycling at ATM, which means that no bank could operate without standard ATMs administration (charging/discharging).
Furthermore, this is the first bank in Serbia enabling functioning of ATMs with more than 4 different denominations. ATMs with 8 cassettes offer six denominations: 10, 50 EUR and 100, 500, 1000, 2000 RSD.
Procredit bank also owns tested exchange office solution at these ATMs which is to be released in the near future.
