ASEE Aligns Own Core Banking Systems to Fit New Legislation for Several Banks in Montenegro
Following the changes of the mandatory information scope in the Central Registry of Transactional Accounts in Montenegro, ASEE was assigned to adjust its core systems to enable 6 banks to automatically deliver requested information about non-resident accounts (both private clients and companies) to Montenegro Central Bank.
The task at hand was complex since each bank has unique parametrization and significant product differences, which needed to be consolidated into one legal frame. The deadline was short, especially since this solution needed to cover 3 different applications within the core system.
After 2 months of effective collaboration between ASEE and clients, the tests were done with success, making clients aligned with regulatory demands and offering more detailed reports to the Central Bank.
