Piotr Jeleński - President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A.
Manager with a broad experience in establishing new business in different countries including South-Eastern Europe and Turkey. He is managing international structure with over 3000 people operating in 23 countries
Piotr Jeleński is President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. since July 2007. He is managing Asseco South Eastern Europe Group and is responsible for overall strategy as well as daily development of all ASEE Business Units and respective country operations. He is focused on organic growth supported by selective acquisitions.
Between January 2002 and June 2009 he worked as CFO of Softbank and following Softbank's merger into Asseco Poland, CFO of Asseco Poland and Board Member. His responsibilities included organizing financing, restructuring, managing M&A activities, introduction of new procedures and business processes. Major milestones included management and support in merger processes with three major Polish IT vendors (Softbank, Prokom and ABG).
Prior to that, since September 1996 till July 2001 Piotr Jeleński worked as Deputy Director for CA IB Financial Advisers and was responsible in the investment bank for project origination and execution in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Piotr Jeleński is a graduate of Warsaw University, where he obtained a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Organization and Management. He is also a graduate of Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK with Master of Business degree.
Miljan Mališ - Member of Management Board, Group Payment BU Leader
Mr. Miljan Mališ graduated from the University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and was awarded Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.).
Mr. Miljan Mališ has held the following positions:
- 1996 - 1998 - communications engineer in the IT company IBIS-SYS, Beograd, Serbia
- 1999 - 2004 - General Director Deputy and General Director of IBIS-SYS (company acquired by Siemens Business Services)

Kostadin Slavkoski - Member of Management Board, Group Banking BU Leader
Mr. Slavkoski graduated from the university of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia and obtained a diploma in electrical engineering in computer science and automation in May 1997.
Mr. Slavkoski built his professional career as an expert in the field of software development in the companies of the Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. for over 20 years.
In 2018, he became the President of the Management Board of ASSECO SEE dooel in Macedonia. From 2009 to 2018, Mr. Slavkoski was a member of the management board of ASSECO SEE dooel in Macedonia and managed operations of the unit of Solutions in the banking sector.
Since 2017, he has been a Member of the Management Board at ASSECO SEE eood in Bulgaria.
Previously, he worked as the head of the central banking system unit in Macedonia and Serbia, and as a product manager, consultant and programmer.
Michał Nitka - Member of Management Board, Chief Financial Officer
Michał Nitka began his career in ASEE Group in August 2010, taking the position of Head of Group Controlling, where he was responsible for coordinating the work of the controlling department of the parent company. Since January 2015, he has been working as Group Controlling Director and he has been responsible for the controlling department in all companies of the capital group. His responsibilities include, above all, the coordination of the work of controlling teams, the development and implementation of new processes and tools for management reporting, and financial support for the operations and sales departments.
In the period from April to August 2010 he worked as a Financial Controller at Sita Polska Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for the supervision of several companies within the capital group.
In the period from January 2007 to April 2010 Michał Nitka worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young, on the position of Senior Auditor, where he participated in the audit of large clients from the corporate sector, including companies listed on the stock exchange. Previously, he also worked in the audit departments of BDO Polska and Rewit Accountants and Statutory Auditors.
Michał Nitka graduated from the University of Gdańsk (Faculty of Management) with a specialization in Business Economics. Michał Nitka is a certified auditor.

Supervisory Board
Jozef Klein – Chairman of Supervisory Board
Jozef Klein graduated in Theoretical Cybernetics and Mathematical Informatics from the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has worked for Asseco Central Europe since 1996, first externally, and later as an internal employee in the position of Product and Project Manager for the field of DWH & BI. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia since 2002, and also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in the Czech Republic since 2009. At the same time, he holds the position of CEO in both companies.
Since July 2017, Jozef Klein has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Asseco Enterprise Solutions and since November 2017 also for Asseco International. Jozef Klein also acts as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in companies of Asseco Solutions Group (developing activities in five countries) and all other subsidiaries of the Asseco Central Europe group. Since October 2009, he has also held an important position of CEO at the whole European group level of the Asseco Group. He won the EY Entrepreneur of the yearTM 2016 of the Slovak Republic.
Adam Góral - Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board
“Adam Góral is responsible for the development vision and strategy of the Asseco Group, Internal Audit Department and Telecommunications and Media Division.
The Founder and President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. Since 1991 he has been developing COMP Rzeszów, which, after being listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as Asseco Poland, became the leader of the Asseco Group’s development in international markets.
The graduate of the Kraków University of Economics (major: cybernetics of economics and computer science) with Ph.D. in economics. In 1979-1990 he worked at a branch of Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Rzeszów, initially as an assistant and then as an assistant professor. In 1991-1993 he was involved in the Polish-American Project of Building Enterprise Institutes in Poland.
In 1999-2006, he served as the Chairman or the Member of the Supervisory Board in the following companies: ABAS and COMP Soft, as well as Softlab, Softlab Trade, WA-PRO, Asseco Romania, Vistula & Wólczanka, ABG (former DRQ) and Asseco Systems.
Currently, he holds the positions of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco International, Asseco Central Europe, Asseco Western Europe, Asseco Data Systems, Asseco Cloud, and Gdynia Basketball Club ARKA, as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe and Asseco Business Solutions. He is the member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions and the Podkarpackie Business Club.
He is the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic and the member of the Supervisory Board in the Podkarpackie Employers' Association.”
Jacek Duch - Member of Supervisory Board
Jacek Duch graduate from the Faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology, M. Sc. Eng. in informatics. From 1975 to 1977 he worked for PSI AG in West Berlin. He also has many years of experience in software engineering and managing in international IT consortiums.
In the years 1978 – 1993 he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, and managed projects in Munich, Vienna and Paris among others.
He also did scientific research for NixdorfComputer AG. Since 1989, he supervised building branches of Digital Equipment Corporation in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland. He managed Digital Equipment Polska sp. z o.o. from 1992 to 1993 and Oracle Polska sp. z o.o. from 1993 to 1998. He was a member of the Management Board of Prokom Software from 1998 to 2004, and Chairman of the Management Board in Prokom Internet S.A. starting from 2000, where he was responsible for strategic projects, among others. He held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Postdata S.A., Chairman of Supervisory Board in Ready sp. z o.o., and the Secretary of Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy S.A. and Incenti (now Asseco Business Solutions). He is a member of the branch organizations: American Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, and Polish Confederation of Private Employers. At present, he holds positions in the Supervisory Boards of the Company (as the Chairman), Asseco Chech Republic, Asseco Business Solutions, Asseco Systems, Asseco Germany (as the Chairman), Asseco SEE, and the position of the Chairman of Supervisory Board of Intotel S.A.
Artur Kucharski - Member of Supervisory Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee
A graduate of the University of Central London and the Warsaw University of Technology with an MSc degree. In 2011 he graduated of MBA Executive studies at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
In 1995-2002, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. in the Financial Reports Analysis Department, starting as an assistant and advancing to the position of a manager. Since 2002 he has been working in PwC Polska Sp. z o.o. in the Advice Department, starting from the position of a Senior Manager and advancing to the position of a Director.
He has a title of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In 2010, he became a Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Kopex S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board in Globe Trade Centre S.A. In February 2011, he became a member of the Supervisory Board in Hydrapress S.A. he is also a manager in Kopex S.A.
From July 2010 until May 2013 he was the Supervisory Board Member of Globe Trade Centre SA, in the period February 2010 - February 2012 Member of the Supervisory Board Hydrapres SA and from February 2011 to September 2012 in Kopex SA subsequently: Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Management Board, Director of Development Structures, Organization and Systems of Internal Control, then the Management Board Member –Director of Strategy, responsible for the Division of HR. From November 2011 until December 2012 the Supervisory Board Member of Mostostal Zabrze Holding SA. Since August 2010, he is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Asseco Poland SA. Since October 2011 Member of the Supervisory Board and since March 2016 also the Chairman in the Audit Committee of Zaklady Azotowe Tarnów-Mościcach SA. Adam Pawłowicz - Member of Supervisory Board
“Adam Pawlowicz, a manager with many years of experience in managing companies and capital groups, including listed companies. In the past, he served, among others, as vice president of Work Service SA, president of the Konsalnet Group, president of RUCH SA and president of PAIZ SA. In 2006, he led the completion of the initial public offering of RUCH SA shares, placing the company on the Stock Exchange. He currently holds the position of Vice President, Commercial Director at Lotos Paliwa sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of LOTOS SA.
He has also served on the Supervisory Boards of private and public companies for many years. He has served, among others, as a member of the Supervisory Boards of such companies as Orlen, TVP, PAP, Gdansk Economic Development Agency, Asseco Business Solutions. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Black Pearls SA fund.
Adam Pawłowicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Polish Philology at Jagiellonian University, an MBA graduate of the University of Calgary (Canada) and a postgraduate in management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed a course at the prestigious IESE Business School.”

Elma Popovac - Board Member
Elma Popovac has been Member of the Management Board of Asseco SEE d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Finance Director since March 2017.
Before joining ASEE, Elma worked for 10 years as Head of Financial and Risk Controlling Department at HETA d.o.o. Sarajevo (former Hypo-Alpe-Adria Leasing), where she managed the Finance function and was responsible for liquidity management, risk management, operational risk management and project management.
Previously she worked as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Sarajevo and a payment transaction officer at ProCredit Bank.
Elma graduated from the University of Sarajevo, School of Economics.

Mirza Ustamujić - General Manager (President of the Management Board)
Mirza Ustamujić has been General Manager of Payten since its establishment in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Previously, he held the position of CEO and President of the Management Board of Asseco SEE d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mirza has been working in the IT sector since 2008. Prior to joining ASEE, he was General Manager of Spica Systems. He also worked as Sales Director at Mobis Electronic, Engineer at TVSA and Cisco Certified Instructor at CCED.
Between 2010 and 2015, he was Member of the House of Representatives at Parliament of FB&H. Mirza is also a Chairman of the Executive Board of the America-Bosnia Foundation, Member of the East West Bridge and UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) Business Club. He is an Alumni of SPS of the Council of Europe.
Mirza graduated from the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, department of Telecommunications.

Igor Gržalja - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Croatia
As of 1 February 2017 the newly appointed Country Leader and President of the Management Board of Asseco SEE Croatia is Igor Gržalja, a manager with 15 years of experience gained in different positions across the IT sector, including design and software development, project management, team leadership and organisational development as well as business development and sales.
Igor graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. His career started in Logos. He also worked in Hewlett-Packard.
Igor joined ASEE in 2008 as Business Development Manager. In 2013 he became Group Banking Sales Manager overseeing Business Development and Sales in all ASEE countries for MASS/BSW Business lines.

He started his professional career as a software developer in Mak-System Group International – Paris, and in 1998 he joined the Pexim Solutions Skopje (ASSECO SEE present), as lead developer and product manager. With active participation, coordination and leadership, Mr. Slavkoski in his portfolio added the largest banking software projects in several countries in the region.
From 2006 – until now he is managing ASEBA PUB2000 core banking system business unit.
From 2009 – until now Mr. Slavkoski is head of Banking Software Unit and a member in the Management Board in Asseco See Macedonia.

Adrian Nastase – Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Romania
Adrian Nastase comes to Asseco SEE with more than 15 years of experience in IT Sales and Business Development, with an extensive background in banking industry.
Adrian has been with Asseco SEE since 2007. During his professional career in the company, Adrian had several roles in the organization, allowing for a complex business understanding, customer and IT market knowledge: started within Sales organization in System Integration, grew into a Business Developer role, promoting ASEE Group Banking solutions and than moving up as Sales Manager, coordinating sales in Banking Business Unit. As a result of his significant impact on the company’s results, in April 2019 Adrian was nominated to Asseco SEE Romania Management Board and than, starting September 2019, as Country Leader for the company in Romania.
In his current position, he will focus his efforts on strengthening and expanding the business in Romania.
Graduated in Engineer from Telecommunications and Information Technology Faculty from the Politechnica University of Bucharest, Adrian is bringing valuable knowledge to the company, as he played a major role in many important Romanian IT projects over the years.
Olga Nicolaescu - Board Member
Mrs. Nicolaescu graduated Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Degree in Finance, Banking and Accounting and has several high professional certifications in the financial field:

Since February 2013, Mrs. Nicolaescu has been appointed as CFO of Asseco SEE Romania, after being Financial Manager in the company (2010 – February 2013).

Aleksandar Marinković - Director, Country Leader of ASEE Serbia
Aleksandar Marinković has been appointed Country Leader of Asseco SEE Serbia following his successful career with the company for more than 12 years.
He joined Asseco SEE in 2008 as Key Account Manager. Then he was promoted to the Systems Integration Deputy Sales Manager, and later on in 2016 to the Sales Director of Custom Application Services and Infrastructure Services, a unit currently operating within ASEE Dedicated Solutions. Focused on further professional development and contribution to the company’s progress and expansion, Aleksandar joined ASEE Serbia Board at the beginning of 2020.
He owns a degree in Information systems and technologies acquired from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade.
Miloš Matović - Director
Miloš Matović has been Finance Director of Asseco SEE Serbia since June 2016.
Before joining Asseco SEE, he pursued his financial career as Managed Services Financial Manager in Atos for SEE. Previously, he built his professional path in Siemens, holding the position of SIS BU Commercial Head among many others.
Miloš holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, which he acquired from IFAM Business School in Paris.
Dejan Đokić - Director
Dejan Đokić has been Director of Asseco SEE Serbia since February 2017.
He has been with the company for a long time, starting as a Project Manager in 2005 and developing his professional career as Profit Center Manager for Infrastructure Services. He has managed and participated in numerous projects of vital importance for the company related to the financial and public sector in the region, as well as in significant regional projects in the telco domain.
Before joining Asseco SEE, Dejan held the positions of an engineering associate and a technologist, with Jugoimport and Zepter International, respectively.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Hatice Ayas - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Turkey
Born in 1968 and has BSc degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, Turkey.
Held following positions so far:
- Hatice Ayas is the Country Leader and Member of the Management Board of Asseco SEE in Turkey since 2010.
- She has also served as Member of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe between 2010 – 2013.
- 2008-2010 Managing Director of ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Member of the Management Board of EST up to the acquisition of both these companies by Asseco SEE in 2010.
- 2006 - 2008 Vice President of ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık A.Ş. responsible for operations of the company’s two business lines: Voice Automation Solutions, and Payment Automation Solutions.
- 2002 – 2006 Vice President of ITD responsible for New Business Development, responsible for developing new markets (with primary focus on Middle East) and new products to enrich to company’s solution portfolio.
- 1996 – 2002 Director responsible for Payment Automation Solutions where her task was to develop and deliver the whole portfolio of payment automation solutions. Earlier, as Product Manager, she was engaged in development of the company’s Voice Automation Solutions.
During her career, she worked very closely with finance and telecommunication organizations, gaining in-depth experience and know-how in payment and voice automation solutions. She played an important role in establishing the companies of ITD, a provider of payment and voice automation solutions, and EST, a provider of secure e-payment solutions and services. EST has been the first and only independent e-payment gateway in Turkey.
