ASEE’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service proposition provides businesses with IT computing, memory and storage resources on demand, from within a cloud infrastructure. It is a high quality and secure service for supporting business critical applications with Service Level Agreements aligned to the specific workloads, which runs on a standardized, scalable and resilient cloud platform produced by leading ICT vendors in the world, such as Cisco Systems. It encompasses the concepts of virtualization, consolidation and orchestration facilitating a seamless and intuitive customer service deployment.

The cloud platform is located in a Data Center with environmental conditions guarantying proper equipment functioning, resilient power supply systems, fire protection, physical and video-surveillance protection as well as implemented IT security standards according to ISO 27001:2013 standard for Information Security Management. Resilient VPN connectivity enables customers to manage their dedicated IT resources remotely and safely according to their current needs and to benefit from private cloud features. Internet access is also provided in case customer’s clients need to access applications available publicly, as defined by the customer within the public cloud domain.

Within this service, customers can choose different options for IaaS resources, such as processing power (number of vCPUs), RAM memory (GB) and storage capacity (GB), VPN and/or Internet link parameters. In order to guarantee the service performance, the total amount of user subscriptions could consume up to 80% of configurable system resources.

For an improved customer service, ASEE offers different Service Level Agreements with the strictly defined response and repair times in case of alarms. Customers receive regular monthly service availability reports about SLA parameters tracking and fulfilment. The 24/7 Service Center is at customer’s disposal for all types of customer inquiries and support by ASEE, through different communication channels: e-mail, telephone, web portal. A robust ticketing platform is also deployed, facilitating customer issues reporting and tracking. Well trained and certified ASEE personnel provide professional services of installation, configuration, as well as support and maintenance of the offered cloud platform. It is also possible for a customer to request additional services such as reconfiguration of the infrastructure or links when needed.
