Document, application, and screen share
- Share content or your entire screen with remote attendees in real time.\
Interactive multimedia experience
- Engage your audience by incorporating multimedia into your presentations, including powerpoint, flash animations, audio, and video files.
Integrated video
- View videos from up to seven attendees. Or select full-screen mode to view the active speaker in the main video panel, with other participants’ video displayed as thumbnails.
Collaboration meeting rooms
- Make it even easier for others to join you in your personal room through the webex video bridge. People can join your video conference through any standards based video system.
Integrated audio
- Offer an interactive meeting experience with Cisco Webex integrated audio or a third-party audio options. Choose toll or toll-free, or call-in or call-back. Or give attendees the option to connect using voice over ip (voip), or your computer’s built-in audio.

Enterprise integration
- Take advantage of integration and interoperability with Cisco collaboration products such as Cisco Jabber® and Cisco Telepresence®.
- Cisco collaboration meeting rooms hybrid combines the on-premises video conference and the Webex cloud-based conference into a single meeting.
- Participants can join the scheduled meeting using the Webex meeting client or a Telepresence device.
Cisco collaboration meeting rooms cloud
- CMR cloud is a simple-to-use cloud hosted meeting room solution that is offered as an add-on option to a Cisco Webex meeting center subscription, and it is delivered through the cisco Webex cloud.
- CMR cloud negates the need for on-premises conferencing resources but still requires deployment of local call control.
- Participants can join CMR cloud conferences from Cisco endpoints, third-party standards-based endpoints and unified communications clients, soft clients such as Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Webex clients running on mobile or desktop devices.
