Asseco SEE confirmed the highest ISO operational standards

Asseco SEE in Serbia has successfully received ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certificate for the IT product and service delivery system management.

Asseco SEE in Serbia has successfully received ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certificate for the IT product and service delivery system management. The confirmation that Asseco SEE in Belgrade provides a high level of product and service delivery was verified by the authority in charge for certifications of such management systems TUV NORD CERTGmbH.

Asseco SEE has achieved a big progress in the delivery of IT services and has raised its delivery level so that it matches the best practice standards of the industry, simultaneously raising the company's reputation to a higher level, too.

ISO 20000-1 management system enables continuous improvement of quality of the IT product and service delivery, long-term cost reduction regarding the delivery of IT products and services, minimization of risk due to the inability to meet business goals and strategies, better communication of IT sector and business side, higher IT sector productivity and a better utilization of its resources, as well as compliance with the procedures and user oriented services.

ISO 20000-1 has become part of basic requirements package referring to IT service management. This certificate provides a system identifying means and controls which efficiently and effectively provide quality management and compliance of the IT service delivery. ISO 20000-1 certificate is a proof of Company’s good business practice being inspected and confirmed by an independent certification authority.
