During 7th Online Banking Gala, held on April 21st 2016, Asseco SEE Romania and CEC Bank were awarded the prize for their exemplary cooperation within the project of implementing the state-of-the-art mobile-banking solution.

The Mobile Banking application allows money transfers in RON and foreign currency, invoice payment, foreign exchange, to open/clear deposits and to obtain financial information directly from the mobile phone, immediately. The costs for the transactions performed are 50% lower than at the bank counter.

The application is available both for Apple (iOS) devices as well as for Android devices and provides customers with the opportunity to perform a various range of operations directly from their mobile phone while preserving a high level of security. For users the most appreciated function is the payment of utilities invoices by scanning the bar code. This function is available for those utilities providers where the bank concluded collection conventions. We want to further develop this application in terms of functions with the main goal to improve the working experience of the user”, said Adrian Nastase, Sales Manager, Banking Business Unit, Asseco SEE Romania.
