First Certification of Unattended POS Terminals in Croatia
In cooperation with PBZ Card Asseco SEE has successfully performed the certification of unattended POS terminals, which was the milestone in the acceptance of all card schemes available on the Croatian market, both in contact and contactless forms, since it was the first certification of payment card terminals for self-service environments ever performed in Croatia.
This certification also covers the first AMEX contactless certification in Croatia and the SEE region.
The first implementations of certified unattended terminals were carried out in the Croatian Railways company, when a state-of the-art ticketing self-service was introduced, and in a well-known international delivery company for their system of parcel acceptance and delivery.
