New Release of Digical to CIB

Asseco SEE in Croatia mobile department has delivered a new release to CIB as part of the Digical project.

CIB Bank’s new mobile banking version is focusing on loans related functionalities, enabling users to contract preapproved loans without visiting the branch as well to overview repayment progress and loan details for all contracted loans. Additionally, Asseco SEE also developed a new functionality for Daily Savings product which can be contracted just by using a mobile app. Daily savings is targeting user engagement for saving smaller amounts on a daily basis with the support of gamification elements.

Banking of ca. 134.000 CIB Bank’s clients is additionally simplified with the features such as: application widget with balance display, accessing functionalities with 3D touch features, scanning segments of payment data, targeted contextual commercial campaigns and Apple Wallet integration.

The Digical project focuses highly on customer satisfaction and, starting from this release, user insights are collected with the custom App Survey functionality.

Apart from those functionalities, additional new features such as POS Loans (overview of instalment payments made on POS), Smart Authentication (scanning of QR code on Internet Banking with mobile app automatically logs-in or authorizes transactions) and Remote Digital Signature are ready to be released as part of the Digical project in other countries.
