Gold BAM Premium 2017 Award for Asseco SEE for Innovation and Improving Bank's Customer Experience

During 3rd FinConf, the leading financial conference in South Eastern Europe, the editorial board of the “Banke u BiH” magazine traditionally, for the 15th time, awarded Gold BAM prizes to the banks who had achieved the best business results in 2016.

Beside seven standard awards, this year, for the first time in cooperation with Bisnode BH Company, Special Prize – Gold BAM Premium 2017 for Innovation and improving bank's customer experience - has been awarded. This special award aims to recognize a company which, with the help of its modern solutions, improves banking operations and their client's experience, innovativeness and cooperation with clients.

The first edition of the Golden BAM Premium 2017 has been awarded to Asseco SEE d.o.o. for its successful partnership with Addiko Bank in the modernization of their complete ATM network. The migration of the bank’s ATMs to totally new Diebold Nixdorf ATM’s gives its clients the access to one of the most modern ATMs on the market and beside Cash-in and Cash-out functionality also provides a number of other functionalities, like bill payments, top-up services, possibility of transferring money to other accounts etc.
