Halk Banka AD Skopje with Asseco Live

Asseco SEE in Macedonia has won a complex project in Halk Banka AD Skopje, with an integral scope for introducing IP Telephony based on Cisco Technologies and Contact Center platform with workflow management and communicational CRM functionalities, based on Asseco proprietary Live solution. Asseco SEE in Macedonia is already progressing with the implementation of this fully integrated, holistic solution.

The bank’s goal is to replace the old PBX with the cutting edge IP Telephony covering the bank’s headquarters and around 30 branches. More than 500 phones will be installed with state-of-the-art functionalities for supporting, among other features, presence and video calls. This solution will also provide cost savings and control on fixed and mobile traffic generated by the bank, flexibility in management and operations of communications.

In parallel, Asseco SEE is implementing Live Contact Center Solution with multi-channel capabilities, which will support inbound and outbound interactions with the bank’s clients, sales campaigns and debt collection process. The bank will also benefit from Live ticketing features for digital workflow support, business process optimization and KPI tracking purposes. Also, the increased customer satisfaction and intensive campaign capabilities will help drive the bank’s business forward.
