Retail E-banking by Asseco SEE Now Available in Komercijalna Banka in Montenegro

With the growing number of e-banking requests from individuals and the fact that digital banking has become a necessity which banks find difficult to operate without, Komercijalna banka a.d. Podgorica supported by Asseco SEE, introduced retail e-banking to its services. Web and mobile banking are now available to the bank’s customers for the first time, bringing numerous benefits through the cutting-edge technology.

Thanks to the implementation of Asseco SEE’s electronic banking solution for individuals, the bank’s customers can have their funds available 24/7 across web and mobile channels. In addition, the users of the new service KomeBank4me can transfer funds, settle due liabilities against loans and credit cards, pay bills and perform currency exchange transactions. Also, they can control payment card operations, print account statements and overview of transactions, communicate with the bank, and conduct many other activities without visiting the bank’s branch office. On top of that, the consistent and modern graphic design of the web and mobile banking applications offers state-of-the-art user experience.

To meet the requirements of Komercijalna banka a.d. Podgorica, Asseco SEE adjusted its solution to the local regulatory framework and specific features of the bank’s core system. Previously, a similar project was completed in Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd. All this sets a solid ground for the unification of e-banking services within the member banks of Komercijalna banka Group in the region.
