Sberbank Hungary & Croatia to Trust Asseco for Fraud Monitoring & Prevention

Sberbank Hungary and Sberbank Croatia have chosen InACT® Enterprise Fraud Monitoring & Prevention solution.  Both banks needed a PSD2 ready solution to monitor and prevent fraud attacks. To meet the final deadline of PSD2, the bank officials have preferred InACT® for fast implementation to monitor transactions from internet banking, mobile banking and third party payment systems (TPPS) channels.

Mirko Grbavac, Head of IT, Sberbank Croatia, said “We have chosen a mature solution to be utilized for these processes, and as a customer we are happy with the solution abilities and the vendor approach and responsiveness. Working on the project with the colleagues from InACT was highly professional, as they have demonstrated flexibility and a high professional competence level. We are looking forward to expanding the integrations of the solution to other areas in the bank.”

Hatice Ayas, ASEE Turkey Country Leader, said “We’ve extended our anti-fraud know-how to Hungarian market for the first time with InACT®.  Therefore, we are very excited to be the trusted IT vendor of Sberbank Hungary. In addition, we are proud to provide Sberbank Croatia with the same solution. In regards to PSD2, we were able to quickly adjust InACT® to both banks’ digital channels due to its seamless infrastructure.”

Robert Mihaljek, ASEE Croatia Solution Sales Manager, said “Since banks implement APIs for TPPs under PSD2, fraud management becomes more sensitive for digital banking and financial institutions have to gain control over sophisticated fraud attacks. I strongly believe that we are not only going to provide Sberbank Hungary and Sberbank Croatia with fraud monitoring system but also create added value for their business”.
