On Growth Path with New Products and New Markets

A message from Piotr

While we are heading towards year end with excellent 9-month financial results I would like to comment on more good news on recent developments, contracts and markets ASEE Group have entered. One year after the launch of MoneyGet independent ATM network I am pleased that Payten have entered independent POS deployment market thanks to company Monri joining our Group. SinglePOS independent POS network by Monri, member of Payten, will enable us to offer merchants a solution which will improve shopping experience considerably and therefore increase merchants’ competitive advantage.

We constantly work on enhancing our product offer to keep up with market trends or new regulations and to meet our clients’ needs. Within banking software portfolio, for example, we have developed Customer Care application which enables banks to improve customer service and increase business efficiency, while at the same time helps to reduce costs and regulatory risks. We also developed a CloudSign solution to help organizations with the digitalization of their business processes and a solution within banks’ core banking system which will enable them to comply with SWIFT global payment initiative, a new standard in global payments. Additionally Asseco SEE received the EMVCo Letter of Approval for the TriDES2 3D Secure Server aligned with the EMV® 3-D Secure v2.1 standard. Our TriDES2 Secure Server, offered by Payten, enables merchants and acquiring banks to protect online payments from fraudsters at their web and mobile shops. Asseco SEE has also been approved by VISA in the Visa Access Control Server (ACS) Service Provider Program for the CEMEA region and is listed on the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers which enables us to expand VISA 3D Secure ACS services to issuing banks in the whole CEMEA region. Payten, on the other hand, received a recognition for an innovative solution related to the instant payment system. On top of these new developments and our products’ recognitions we have recently signed a few outstanding contracts such as: EUR 4 million Necomplus, member of Payten, maintenance contract for VisaNet Peru’s POS network, or ASEE contracts related to meeting PSD2 regulation by the banks for InACT® Enterprise Fraud Monitoring & Prevention solution to 2 banks Sberbank Croatia and Sberbank Hungary and for a completely new authentication solution consisting of SxS and the mToken application to Eurobank Bulgaria.

New contracts, products and markets together with strong financial performance make me optimistic about the 2019 full year results to expect. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank our employees, clients, and partners for the outstanding year and to wish you happiness and continuous successes and growth in 2020!

Piotr Jeleński
