Sberbank ad Banja Luka improves Digital Banking Experience with Digital Edge by ASEE
To support its most valuable asset – its customers, Sberbank ad Banja Luka partnered with ASEE in order to boost its offer available across digital channels and enhance existing e-banking and mobile banking services.
So far, ASEE has successfully implemented Digital Edge in two banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sberbank ad Banja Luka is the third implementation in B&H, but first one of Digital Edge on Service center. ASEE Service Center in Banja Luka offers full support 24x7 to the banks that choose outsourcing option for various banking products and services.
Choosing retail and corporate features of ASEE omnichannel solution Digital Edge the bank will offer modern web and mobile banking specifically adjusted for the retail and corporate customer segment.
The project with Sberbank ad Banja Luka, which is a member of the international bank group and has a large customer base, enables the bank to connect its digital banking channels to the backend applications and consequently provide customers with a consistent experience thanks to the seamless integration of the bank’s systems. In addition, it will remove silos and enable touchpoint applications to access services in a single location and through a single connection.
