Management Board

Piotr Jeleński - President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A.

Manager with a broad experience in establishing new business in different countries including South-Eastern Europe and Turkey. He is managing international structure with over 1300 people operating in 12 countries.

Piotr Jeleński is President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. since July 2007. He is managing Asseco South Eastern Europe Group and is responsible for overall strategy as well as daily development of all ASEE Business Units and respective country operations. He is focused on organic growth supported by selective acquisitions. 

Between January 2002 and June 2009 he worked as CFO of Softbank and following Softbank's merger into Asseco Poland, CFO of Asseco Poland and Board Member. His responsibilities included organizing financing, restructuring, managing M&A activities, introduction of new procedures and business processes. Major milestones included management and support in merger processes with three major Polish IT vendors (Softbank, Prokom and ABG). 

Prior to that, since September 1996 till July 2001 Piotr Jeleński worked as Deputy Director for CA IB Financial Advisers and was responsible in the investment bank for project origination and execution in the area of mergers and acquisitions. 

Piotr Jeleński is a graduate of Warsaw University, where he obtained a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Organization and Management. He is also a graduate of Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK with Master of Business degree. 

Miljan Mališ - Member of Management Board, Group Payment BU Leader

Mr. Miljan Mališ graduated from the University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and was awarded Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.).

Mr. Miljan Mališ has held the following positions: 

  • 1996 - 1998 - communications engineer in the IT company IBIS-SYS, Beograd, Serbia
  • 1999 - 2004 - General Director Deputy and General Director of IBIS-SYS (company acquired by Siemens Business Services)
  • March 2007 - 2008 - Managing Director Pexim Cardinfo d.o.o.
  • July 2008 - until now - Asseco SEE Belgrade Director, Member of Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe

Miodrag Mirčetić - Member of Management Board, Group Banking BU Leader

Miodrag is a board member of Asseco South Eastern Europe, in charge of banking operations across the group. 

He is In IT business since 1989. Started his career in IBISYS in Serbia, as a software developer, team leader and project manager. He was involved in planning, development and implementation of banking information system applications. Throughout his career, Miodrag has changed several generations of IT platforms. 

In 1993, he went to Skopje - Macedonia, where he founded PEXIM Solutions Company jointly with several colleagues. In PEXIM, a new generation of applications for the field of banking was developed and an innovative market approach was created. Three years later, a customer base consisting of 6 banks was established and the rapid growth of PEXIM Company started. 

In 1997, Miodrag returned to Belgrade in order to manage PEXIM in Serbia. At that time, PEXIM became a dominant player in the field of high quality solutions and IT infrastructure deployment for financial sector industries on the market. 

In 2002, Miodrag was appointed CEO of PEXIM Group and he started managing companies in Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Albania. 

After Asseco SEE Group was established and Pexim, Antegra and Cardinfo companies merged, Miodrag became Asseco SEE Belgrade Director and Member of Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe.

Marcin Rulnicki - Member of Management Board, Chief Financial Officer

Marcin Rulnicki is Member of The Board and perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer of Asseco South Eastern Europe Group.

Marcin Rulnicki started his career in the Asseco Group in September 2009, as a Corporate Finance Manager at Asseco Poland. His responsibilities included financial aspects of international acquisitions and supervision over foreign companies operating within the Asseco Group. In his role Marcin Rulnicki worked among others as a Member of the Asseco Group Board of Directors responsible for finance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Formula Systems, Member of the Supervisory Board of matrix42 A.G. and Member of the Management Board of Asseco South Western Europe. 

Since July 2008, he has also run an independent consulting business, which has participated in investment and restructuring projects. 

From August 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Rulnicki served as Executive Officer of Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny NFI S.A., an investment fund listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for strategic and operational management of the fund (including restructuring of its group) as well as for communications with the capital markets. 

Prior to that time, from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Rulnicki worked at Heitman Financial, a company specializing in the management of real estate investment funds, where he led the team responsible for financial SPVs investing in real estate in Central and Eastern Europe.

Supervisory Board

Adam Góral - Chairman of Supervisory Board

Mr. Adam Góral is a graduate of the Economics Academy in Cracow (specialization: Economical Cybernetics and Informatics) and a Doctor in economic science. He was a co-founder of Asseco Poland S.A. (1991).

Today he is one of the main shareholders of Asseco Poland SA, holding 11.34% of the shares of this company (8,083,000 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of USD 1 each). Mr. Adam Góral is the Chairman of the Executive Board of Asseco Poland SA.

Mihail Petreski - Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board

Mihail Petreski age 51, is a witness of and active participant in the IT industry of Former Yugoslavia for more than 20 years.He finished the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, majoring in International Business where he also attended postgraduate studies in the same field.

His professional career started in IBIS SYS, one of the biggest system integration companies in former Yugoslavia specialised for postal and banking automatisation. At the age of 28 he became Sales Manager of the company in the time of dominance on the Yugoslav market and competing on international tenders for postal computerization. 

The brake of Yugoslavia created a completely different business environment. In 1991, at the age of 32, Mihail Petreski established Pexim Computers with premises in Skopje and Belgrade, continuing the story of success in the banking sector and accepting new technologies and new challenges. 

Mihail Petreski is the former President of MASIT (Macedonian Association for Information Technologies) and a strong supporter of most of the initiatives for raising awarenes of the potential of the IT industry in the region of South East Europe.

Jacek Duch - Member of Supervisory Board

Jacek Duch graduate from the Faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology, M. Sc. Eng. in informatics. From 1975 to 1977 he worked for PSI AG in West Berlin. He also has many years of experience in software engineering and managing in international IT consortiums.

In the years 1978 – 1993 he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, and managed projects in Munich, Vienna and Paris among others. 

He also did scientific research for NixdorfComputer AG. Since 1989, he supervised building branches of Digital Equipment Corporation in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland. He managed Digital Equipment Polska sp. z o.o. from 1992 to 1993 and Oracle Polska sp. z o.o. from 1993 to 1998. He was a member of the Management Board of Prokom Software from 1998 to 2004, and Chairman of the Management Board in Prokom Internet S.A. starting from 2000, where he was responsible for strategic projects, among others. He held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Postdata S.A., Chairman of Supervisory Board in Ready sp. z o.o., and the Secretary of Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy S.A. and Incenti (now Asseco Business Solutions). He is a member of the branch organizations: American Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, and Polish Confederation of Private Employers. At present, he holds positions in the Supervisory Boards of the Company (as the Chairman), Asseco Chech Republic, Asseco Business Solutions, Asseco Systems, Asseco Germany (as the Chairman), Asseco SEE, and the position of the Chairman of Supervisory Board of Intotel S.A.

Jan Dauman - Member of Supervisory Board

Mr. Jan Dauman graduated from Imperial College, London with the special achievements of 1st class honours BSc (Eng) in chemical engineering, Hinchley Medal for top chemical engineering student, as well as:

  • Royal Society of Arts Medal for outstanding engineering student in England
  • NATO Fellowship to Yale University 

Moreover, he has an MIA (precursor to MBA), with Distinction, from Yale University, USA (1963-65) and a PhD in economics and management from Brunel University, London (1975). Professional achievements of Mr. Jan Dauman are listed below:

  • as Sales Engineer for CEE, opened markets in Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia, with potential orders in excess of $400 million for refinery and petrochemical plants 
IBM (UK) (1969-73) 
  • as Manager of Corporate Affairs, developed and implemented new corporate affairs planning system, integrating external environment variables into mainline business strategic and operating plans; thereafter adopted by IBM Europe
  • part of the team that grew IBM market share in the UK public sector from below 5% to over 30% in 3 years, in the face of extreme economic nationalism

  • Founded entrepreneurial venture to develop and operate a network of sports and health-based family leisure clubs in Russia/CEE, partnering with David Lloyd Leisure (UK-based club operators) and Sidell Gibson (architects)

Gabriela Żukowicz - Member of Supervisory Board

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (1998). In 2002 she received Counselor application. She is currently a legal adviser and director of the Legal and Organizational Office of Asseco Poland SA.

Przemysław Seczkowski - Member of Supervisory Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Gdansk University of Technology. In 1992-1997, he worked at Bank Gdanski SA, where he was a department director, and then Managing Director of the Treasury Division. In 1997-1998, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board at Bank Współpracy Europejskiej.

In 1999-2001, he was Economics and Finance Deputy CEO at PPUP Poczta Polska, where he counted among his duties supervision of the Central Settlement Center. Between January 2002 and January 2003, he was an executive at Concordia Sp. z o.o. (a consulting company). He has also been a member of several Supervisory Boards, including at Impexmetal SA (1998-2001), Bank Pocztowy S.A., PTE Pocztylion and Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny NFI S.A. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards at Asseco South Eastern Europe and Asseco Slovakia a.s. 

Currently, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the Strategy and Development Division at Asseco Poland S.A.

Artur Kucharski - Member of Supervisory Board

A graduate of the University of Central London and the Warsaw University of Technology with an MSc degree. In 2011 he graduated of MBA Executive studies at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

In 1995-2002, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. in the Financial Reports Analysis Department, starting as an assistant and advancing to the position of a manager. Since 2002 he has been working in PwC Polska Sp. z o.o. in the Advice Department, starting from the position of a Senior Manager and advancing to the position of a Director. 

He has a title of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). 

In 2010, he became a Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Kopex S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board in Globe Trade Centre S.A. In February 2011, he became a member of the Supervisory Board in Hydrapress S.A. he is also a manager in Kopex S.A. 

From July 2010 until May 2013 he was the Supervisory Board Member of Globe Trade Centre SA, in the period February 2010 - February 2012 Member of the Supervisory Board Hydrapres SA and from February 2011 to September 2012 in Kopex SA subsequently: Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Management Board, Director of Development Structures, Organization and Systems of Internal Control, then the Management Board Member –Director of Strategy, responsible for the Division of HR. From November 2011 until December 2012 the Supervisory Board Member of Mostostal Zabrze Holding SA. Since August 2010, he is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Asseco Poland SA. Since October 2011 Member of the Supervisory Board and since March 2016 also the Chairman in the Audit Committee of Zaklady Azotowe Tarnów-Mościcach SA. Albania

Valon Budima - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Albania

Valon Budima is Chief Executive Officer of Asseco SEE in Kosovo and Asseco SEE in Albania. Mr.Budima manages and carries out strategic plans of the company in order to reach it’s local goals. Mr. Budima has more than 20 years of experience in IT business. He has studied Informatics and Telecommunications at the University of Prishtina and started working in parallel as a software engineer for an IT company in Prishtina in 1992. His work went through different development and database management platforms and systems. He co-founded one of the first local specialized IT companies PRONET IT Consulting, Engineering and Telecom L.L.C established in February 1997, which have been later acquired by Asseco SEE in November 2009. 

Later on, he started specializing also in computer networks and was one of the first certified network engineers in the country to design and implement different types of computer networks. He continues to work in many projects as a leading engineer including setup of the first local Internet service provider and also an assignment to setup the data communication and server network for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. 

Beginning from the year 2000, he dedicates his work to the growth of Pronet which by 2005 becomes the biggest IT company in Kosovo. During this period, he was mainly managing business development and sales. In 2007 he was appointed CEO of Pronet by the company shareholders.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Mirza Ustamujić - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE BiH

Mirza Ustamujić is CEO and President of the Management Board of Asseco SEE d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina since August 2016. 

Mirza has been working in the IT sector since 2008. Prior to joining ASEE, he was General Manager of Spica Systems. He also worked as Sales Director at Mobis Electronic, Engineer at TVSA and Cisco Certified Instructor at CCED.

Between 2010 and 2015, he was Member of the House of Representatives at Parliament of FB&H. Mirza is also a Chairman of the Executive Board of the America-Bosnia Foundation, Member of the East West Bridge and UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) Business Club. He is an Alumni of SPS of the Council of Europe.

Mirza graduated from the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, department of Telecommunications.

Darko Glamočanin - Board Member

Mr. Darko Glamočanin graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, department of Computing Techniques and Informatics, in 1997.

Held the following positions so far: 

  • Aug 2012 – until now – member of the Management Board in Asseco SEE Bosnia and Hercegovina and Head of Banking Software Unit 
  • Jul 2011 – Jul 2012 – member of the Management Board in Asseco SEE Bosnia and Hercegovina and CEO of Asseco SEE Banja Luka 
  • Dec 2006 – Jun 2011 – Pexim Solutions, Banja Luka, Deputy CEO

Ognjenka Subotić - Board Member

The Chief Financial Officer with excellent business management skills in finance planning and analysis, managing all aspects of financial operations in company, including accounting, controlling and reporting. Being one of the first employees in the company, Ognjenka Subotic is well acquainted with company's history, processes, portfolio, etc. She is leading the financial side of the merger of the companies constituting Asseco SEE in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Ognjenka Subotic is Chief Financial Officer & Member of the Management Board in Asseco SEE d.o.o. since 2011. She is managing all aspects of financial activities in the company - preparing financial and business related analysis and researches in such areas as financial and expense performance, sales, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments. She is also tracking positive primary and subordinate legislation in the domain of finance and managing back office units. 

Before that time, from 2009 till 2011 she worked as Head of Financial Department in Cardinfo BDS d.o.o. She was managing company's financial operations, bookkeeping and accounting. Tracking, analyzing and reporting company's financial performance. She was also leading team in financial department in preparing and presenting mandatory and optional financial and performance reports. 

Between 2007 and 2009 she was Financial & Administration Manager in Cardinfo BDS d.o.o. As Financial and Administration Manager her duties included back office management as well as monitoring company's receivables and payables and coordination with banks and other financial institution. She was also responsible for preparation and presentation of financial reports. 

Prior to that, since 2004 till 2007 Ognjenka Subotic she worked as Head of Department for the sale of vehicles from the production of the SEAT (VW group) in ASA PSS d.o.o. 

She was responsible for direct sales (vehicles from the VW Group (SEAT), organization and management of sales department and identification of potential buyers. Her duties included also setting goals and plans and their implementation, marketing planning and brand promotion and customer relations. Earlier, between 2002 and 2004 she worked as an Advisor for the sale of vehicles from the production of Seat (VW) and Skoda in the same company. 

Ognjenka Subotic is a graduate of University of Sarajevo, where she obtained Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Business Management. She is continuing her studies on Postgraduate Studies where she will obtain Master of Economics Degree in Business Management. 

Bulgaria

Nikolay Sevdalinov Dramov - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Bulgaria

Mr. Nikolay Dramov has more than 20 years of experience in the IT business. 

He graduated from the New Bulgarian University in Sofia, where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration.

In 1994 he was appointed as a Head of department “ Design and Installation of Computer networks” in Elsys Ltd. 

In 1999 he became a Sales Manager in the same company. On this position he had a key role in the company’s sales, acquisition of strategic customers and relationship with vendors. 

In 2004 he joined IBM Bulgaria and held various management positions in the Sales and Distribution and the System and Technology group till 2013. He has a proven track record of applying appropriate strategies that significantly reflect the company's growth and market position, as well as the ability to build reliable and trustful internal and external relationships. 

Nikolay Dramov was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer in Asseco SEE Bulgaria in January 2015.

Teodora Koseva - Board Member

Mrs. Teodora Koseva has started her career in Finance years ago and has held subsequently positions in different hierarchical levels as Financial Controller of Roca Bulgaria, Finance Director of Grey Worldwide Bulgaria, and Chief Financial Officer of the biggest Water Utility in Bulgaria.  She has also been appointed as a consultant in various projects of World Bank and Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for the elaboration of Water Supply and Sanitation new strategy and restructuring in Bulgaria.

Her solid practical knowledge in Finance has been supported by educational background.

Mrs. Teodora Koseva has graduated from University of Economics Varna. She has also ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) diploma of Financial Management. As the last step of upgrading her competences in General Management she joined the Executive MBA program of Sheffield University and has recently obtained an MBA diploma in International Finance.

Mrs. Teodora Koseva joined Asseco SEE Bulgaria in January 2014 as Finance and Administration Manager. She has been appointed as representative of the Company since September 2016.

Croatia

Dražen Pehar - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Croatia

Dražen Pehar is President of the Management Board of ASEE Croatia. Dražen Pehar is actively participating in building and developing the leading IT company in the region and has more than 20 years of experience in IT business.

Since January 2010, Dražen has been the President of Management Board Asseco SEE d.o.o. in Croatia. 

Dražen provides leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. He develops strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives that result in increasing revenue, profitability and markets expansion. He oversees company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and optimized management of resources. 

Prior to that, from 1993 till December 2009, Dražen was the CEO and one of the founders of Logos d.o.o. The company focused on developing of call/contact centers, Internet security, and mobile solutions for banking and public sector. Logos was the pioneer in all of these technology fields developing and implementing its proprietary solutions in local and regional market. Thanks to his engagement and knowledge of different aspects of IT industry for financial sector, Dražen Pehar proved himself in numerous projects for the banks in the South Eastern Europe region and other regions. In 2008, Logos was acquired by Asseco South Eastern Europe (Asseco SEE). 

Dražen Pehar is a graduate of Banja Luka University where he obtained the Bachelor degree with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.

Ivica Petrović was born on February 10th, 1972 in Zagreb and has started his career in Biro Data Servis (BDS) in 1993.

Kosovo

Valon Budima - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Kosovo

Valon Budima is Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Kosovo and Asseco SEE in Albania. Mr.Budima manages and carries out strategic plans of the company in order to reach it’s local goals.

Mr. Budima has more than 20 years of experience in IT business.

Beginning from the year 2000, he dedicates his work to the growth of Pronet which by 2005 becomes the biggest IT company in Kosovo. During this period, he was mainly managing business development and sales. In 2007 he was appointed CEO of Pronet by the company shareholders.

Slavčo Angelovski - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Macedonia

Born April 09, 1970 

Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Macedonia Slavčo Angelovski joined the company (in that time PEXIM SOLUTION) in 2001 as manager of the Banking Service Center division. In March 2003, he was appointed Chief Sales Manager. In July 2006, Mr. Angelovski also assumed the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (PEXIM SOLUTIONS), and after the merger of ASSECO SEE Group and PEXIM Group in January 2008, he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of ASSECO SEE in Macedonia.

Under Mr. Angelovski’s leadership, ASSECO SEE MACEDONIA has become the largest ICT Company and dominant System Integration Company in the region. Mr. Angelovski has led the development of the Company's core business strategy that features the continuous repositioning and strategic upgrading of the portfolio, emphasizing high-quality services by value-adding diversification activities that have driven the company’s consistently superior earnings performance and growth value. ASSECO SEE has been ranked top Macedonian ICT Company for several years in the categories of revenue and profit achievements. 

Prior to joining Pexim, Mr. Angelovski worked at the Macedonian Business Systems Company - IBM Local Service Organization, as the Customer Engineer in charge of the hardware, software and service of the IBM product portfolio. In 1999, he occupied the position of Head of the Systems Engineers Department. 

In the course of his career he has gained professional skills and expertise in several areas such as: business analysis in building complex applications for different areas of the public sector; design of core networks and data centers including policies for disaster recovery and business continuance in banks and telecoms; management of complex projects of tight hardware and software integration; and ICT concepts and technologies in a real life environment. 

Mr. Angelovski is also an active member of the business community, championing the concept of civic entrepreneurship. He is married and the father of two gorgeous kids. 

Aleksandar Kormushoski - Board Member

Mr. Kormushoski has been the System Integration Business Unit Director at Asseco SEE Macedonia since January 2010.

He organizes and supervises the operations of the BU, prepares the annual BU budgets, defines the BU strategy and develops the BU portfolio. As a result of these activities and the commitment of his team, the System Integration BU continuously achieves business targets and is a major revenue and profit generator for Asseco SEE Macedonia. Mr. Kormushoski manages relationships with the most important Key Accounts and Vendors. He is a member of the Sales Coordination Team at Asseco where he represents Asseco SEE Macedonia.

In the 18 year experience in the ICT business area, Mr. Kormushoski has also been Sales Director for Macedonia at Pexim for three years from 2006 till 2009. He was in charge of sales of products and services, sales strategy, business plan preparation, and reaching significant revenue growth on a company level. He had significant contribution to sales development in Albania, when first significant sales results were recorded. 

In the period 2004-2006, he was Director of Key Customers Business Centre at AD Makedonski Telekomunikacii (member of Deutsche Telekom Group) where he was responsible for introducing the System Integration concept in the organization integrated with telecom services. He managed to setup new organization in pre-sales, sales and post-sales operations related to the key business customers in the Telco organization. These activities resulted in efficiency increase and improvements year on year. He has also held numerous positions at Pexim between 1994 and 2004. 

He has a Magister Degree in Mechanical Sciences and a BcS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje. He fluently speaks English and Serbian and has a basic knowledge of German. He was born in 1968. He is married and has two children. 

Kostadin Slavkoski - Board Member

Mr. Slavkoski graduated at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia, and earned a degree of Graduated electro technical engineer B.Sc. in Computer Science, Informatics and Automatics.

He started his professional career as a software developer in Mak-System Group International – Paris, and in 1998 he joined the Pexim Solutions Skopje (ASSECO SEE present), as lead developer and product manager. With knowledge in several development platforms he gained his experience and built his professional career as one of the key experts for software development in the company. With active participation, coordination and leadership, Mr. Slavkoski in his portfolio added the largest banking software projects in several countries in the region. 

From 2006 – until now he is managing ASEBA PUB2000 core banking system business unit. 

From 2009 – until now Mr. Slavkoski is head of Banking Software Unit and a member in the Management Board in Asseco See Macedonia. 

He was born in 1972 in Struga, Macedonia. He is married and has one child.

Marko Simonovic was born on 23.06.1983. in Cetinje, Montenegro.

Since February 2013, Mrs. Nicolaescu has been appointed as CFO of Asseco SEE Romania, after being Financial Manager in the company (2010 – February 2013).

Nicoleta Macovei - Board Member

Mrs. Nicoleta Macovei took over the position of System Integration Business Unit Manager Romania (SI BU Manager Romania) starting with January 12th 2015. She is also a Member of Asseco SEE’s Management Board.

With an expertise of over 20 years in the IT industry and occupying several sales management positions in the last 10 years and management of the implementation teams, Nicoleta Macovei helped business development and growth for companies like Oracle, S&T or Kapsch, by promoting and implementing complex projects for application development and infrastructure both in public and private sectors. From the position at Asseco SEE she is focusing all her efforts into bringing growth and development for the business in Romania.

Miodrag Mirčetić - Director - Member of the Group Board

Miodrag is a board member of Asseco South Eastern Europe, in charge of banking operations across the group. 

He is In IT business since 1989. Started his career in IBISYS in Serbia, as a software developer, team leader and project manager. He was involved in planning, development and implementation of banking information system applications. Throughout his career, Miodrag has changed several generations of IT platforms. 

In 1993, he went to Skopje - Macedonia, where he founded PEXIM Solutions Company jointly with several colleagues. In PEXIM, a new generation of applications for the field of banking was developed and an innovative market approach was created. Three years later, a customer base consisting of 6 banks was established and the rapid growth of PEXIM Company started. 

In 1997, Miodrag returned to Belgrade in order to manage PEXIM in Serbia. At that time, PEXIM became a dominant player in the field of high quality solutions and IT infrastructure deployment for financial sector industries on the market. 

In 2002, Miodrag was appointed CEO of PEXIM Group and he started managing companies in Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Albania. 

After Asseco SEE Group was established and Pexim, Antegra and Cardinfo companies merged, Miodrag became Asseco SEE Belgrade Director and Member of Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe.

Hatice Ayas - Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Turkey

Born in 1968 and has BSc degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, Turkey.

Held following positions so far:

  • Hatice Ayas is the Country Leader and Member of the Management Board of Asseco SEE in Turkey since 2010. 
  • She has also served as Member of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe between 2010 – 2013. 
  • 2008-2010 Managing Director of ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Member of the Management Board of EST up to the acquisition of both these companies by Asseco SEE in 2010. 
  • 2006 - 2008 Vice President of ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık A.Ş. responsible for operations of the company’s two business lines: Voice Automation Solutions, and Payment Automation Solutions. 
  • 2002 – 2006 Vice President of ITD responsible for New Business Development, responsible for developing new markets (with primary focus on Middle East) and new products to enrich to company’s solution portfolio. 
  • 1996 – 2002 Director responsible for Payment Automation Solutions where her task was to develop and deliver the whole portfolio of payment automation solutions. Earlier, as Product Manager, she was engaged in development of the company’s Voice Automation Solutions. 

During her career, she worked very closely with finance and telecommunication organizations, gaining in-depth experience and know-how in payment and voice automation solutions. She played an important role in establishing the companies of ITD, a provider of payment and voice automation solutions, and EST, a provider of secure e-payment solutions and services. EST has been the first and only independent e-payment gateway in Turkey.
