Closed periods

According to Article 19, paragraph 11, a person discharging managerial responsibilities within an issuer shall not conduct any transactions on its own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them during a closed period of 30 calendar days before the announcement of an interim financial report or a year-end report which the issuer is obliged to make public.

Below are presented the closed periods applicable in 2024:

28.01.2024 - 27.02.2024 closed period connected with publication of annual financial report for 2023
25.03.2024 - 24.04.2024 closed period connected with publication of financial report for the 1st quarter of 2024
03.07.2024 - 02.08.2024 closed period connected with publication of financial report for the 1st half of 2024
24.09.2024 - 23.10.2024 closed period connected with publication of financial report for the 3rd quarter of 2024
