Backlog of ASEE Group announced for 2025 up 15%

Warsaw, 17 February 2025: ASEE Group, (WSE: ASEECOSEE, ASE) has announced estimated fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 financial results according to which the company generated sales revenues, after adjusting for the accounting reporting effects in hyperinflationary conditions, amounting to EUR 111.1 million in Q4 and to EUR 390.4 million in 2023, down - 2% and up 7% respectively compared with a corresponding periods of 2023.
The biggest increase in sales revenues in Q4 2024, compared with a corresponding period of the last year was generated by Payment solutions (up EUR 3.3 million) and amounted to EUR 52.4 million. A small increase in sales revenues was achieved by Banking solutions (up EUR 0.5 million) where sales revenues reached EUR 18.2 million. Dedicated solutions recorded decline in sales revenues (down EUR -5.2 million) with revenues amounting to EUR 40.5 million.
The biggest increase in operating profit in Q4 2024, after adjusting for the accounting reporting effects in hyperinflationary conditions, was generated by Dedicated solutions (up EUR 1.9 million) and reached EUR 4.1 million, followed by Payments solutions where operating profit amounted to EUR 8.5 million (up EUR 0.4 million). Whereas operating profit of Banking solutions was down by EUR -1.4 million and amounted to EUR 2.9 million in the same period.
Sales revenues of ASEE Group in 2024, after adjusting for the accounting reporting effects in hyperinflationary conditions, amounted to EUR 390.4 million, up EUR 27 million (7%) compared with 2023. The biggest sales revenues were generated by Payment solutions and reached EUR 196.5 million, up EUR 30 million compared with the last year. Sales revenues of Banking solutions totaled EUR 68 million in 2024, up EUR 1.4 million compared with a corresponding period of the last year. In the same period sales revenues of Dedicated solutions amounted to EUR 125.9 million, down EUR -4.4 million.
Operating profit of ASEE Group in 2024 amounted to EUR 51.69 million, up EUR 1.1 million (+2%) after adjusting for the accounting reporting effects in hyperinflationary conditions. Whereas EBITDA grew from EUR 69.8 million to EUR 73.7 million (+6%).
- In 2024 the best performance in ASEE Group was achieved by Payment solutions which contributed to EBIT of the company most. Growth was driven especially by e-Commerce and Processing, followed by IPD and ECR business lines. Banking solutions also did well thanks to Channel solutions and Security and Compliance solutions - commented Piotr Jeleński, Prezes ASEE Group CEO.
