IVN (Interactive Voice Notification)
IVN (Interactive Voice Notification) System, the new generation outbound solution, can manage thousands of calls without any agents in a very short time, with lower-costs. It has a flexible infrastructure capable of executing multiple and different voice automation processes simultaneously and has been developed in order to fulfill the outbound call requirements of organizations.
IVN is a technology solutions package through which all types of "outbound" calls at a call / interaction center can be facilitated without any operators. IVN can be integrated with all types of call center infrastructures and was awarded the "Best Call Center Technology Solution" Award within the scope of 2008 IMI Call Center Awards. It has a very wide range of usage area such as instant execution of credit card limit increases, password processes, statement or invoice payment reminders, marketing campaigns, enterprise-specific applications.

Approximately, 80% of inbound and outbound calls can be performed automatically by IVN.
