Societe Generale Expressbank in Bulgaria goes live with new Business process automation solution implemented by Asseco SEE.

This solution is part of the bank process optimization solution called ASEBA Banking Process Suite (BPS) developed by Asseco SEE. After a complete implementation of this project Societe Generale bank in Bulgaria expects a task efficiency improvement, quicker and easier data access as well as better control and process monitoring.

ASEBA BPS sets a new standard for the rapid building of new processes by providing a single composition platform that combines a fully integrated set of technologies, along with development and deployment tooling, best practices, and a design emphasis on configuration versus coding. Asseco SEE’s ASEBA BPS has been developed on the EMC's Documentum platform

New ASEBA BPS business process automation consists of two processes – Customer onboarding and Payment automation.

The first process, for Customer onboarding, called eClient file, was released in production in the whole network of Societe Generale Expressbank in Bulgaria. This process enables account officers in 150 branches to use new technology for the customer registration which results in increasing working efficiency and the reduction of operational costs.

The second process, Payment automation, is planned for the end of August, 2015. The implemented solution is closely integrated with Core Banking Solution – DELTA and represents a good example of a fully integrated information environment.

ASEBA BPS provides organizational advantages such as the possibility of KPI monitoring and easy reporting, as well as simple detection of bottlenecks in processes and their elimination.
