Asseco SEE and APIS IT signed agreement for delivery ASEBA CM for SPEUP

Asseco SEE and APIS IT signed agreement for delivery of electronic file management software ASEBA CM for SPEUP including EMC Documentum

Asseco SEE and APIS IT will collaborate on one of the most significant projects for the Croatian State aimed at all government bodies and financed from the EU funds

ASEBA CM for SPEUP is the Asseco SEE proprietary software for electronic file management including EMC Documentum, which supports business processes that take place within the framework of the public institutions’ operations as defined by legislation. The solution provides the following:

  • The standardization of electronic records management systems
  • Monitoring of the implemented business processes
  • Faster access to information
  • Better interconnection between the participants in business processes

    • Structured data archiving

The frame contract between Asseco SEE and APIS IT has been signed for a duration of two years. The first phase involves the deployment of all required subsystems and applications for 200 users. Upon the termination of the initial phase new contracts for the implementation of the solution in government bodies will follow in the period of two years.

Asseco SEE won this contract through one of the most important public tenders in 2015, the process which took almost a year. The final decision on the tender bid winner was made in October 2015. Besides the above listed benefits, which the Croatian Government will receive with this solution, the implementation could also be a showcase for a successful IT project which will ensure additional funding for public IT projects from the EU.

The project with APIS IT is the biggest public tender that Asseco SEE has won in Croatia since the company’s entry into the market. It is expected that the project will strengthen the company’s position in the public sector and ensure a stable long-term partnership with the public sector. Asseco SEE’s partner in the project is the S&T Company, which will provide support during the implementation and testing phases.
