At the opening of the conference, Miljan Malis (CEO Pexim Cardinfo) presented Asseco SEE as leading regional banking partner. Also, Nenad Subotic (Regional Sales Manager, Pexim Cardinfo) talked about latest technologies of ATM and POS as well as services in this domain.

Other Asseco SEE members, Logos and Pexim, demonstrated solution for mobile banking developed by joint efforts. Application called mPexim enables quick and secure access to financial information and services from mobile devices, anytime and anywhere, with the use of leading-edge Java technology. In the official program part of the conference, Mr Drazen Pehar (CEO of Logos) spoke about numerous business benefits and values of this solution among are: use of most pervasive communication channel – not everyone has computer, but almost everyone has a cell phone, transactions costs through mPexim are far less than transactions on ATMs or in branch offices, new revenue opportunities for the banks, and total simplicity and security of use which will increase customer satisfaction and attract new customers.

Also, Pexim presented important topic regarding new banking legislations – Basel II. Bojan Ciric (Product Line Manager for Business Intelligence) spoke about chalenges and advantages of this legislations demonstrating Pexim’s Business Intelligence solution named Tezauri.
