Zagreb, 10th of December, 2009.  Asseco SEE organized Road Show in hotel Sheraton. Theme of conference was Investments of ASSECO SEE in Croatia, as part of strategic expanding on ICT market in South-Eastern Europe.

Mr. Pjotr Jelenski, CEO Asseco SEE, held presentation about Asseco investment in Croatia, financial information, and he announced that all Asseco SEE companies in all countries of South Eastern Europe are in merger process. Merging process will establish one Asseco company per country. In Croatian merger process participated Arbor Informatika and Logos.

Mr. Davor Majetić; President of IT association at HGH stressed that the promotion of excellence, knowledge, competitiveness and market relevance of Croatian IT industry are fundamental mission and motive of Asseco SEE and IT Association at Croatian Chamber, and he used the opportunity to congratulate Arbor and Logos on business success.

Mr. Dražen Pehar, CEO Logos and Mr. Renato Rubeša, CEO Arbor Informatika said that the consolidation of the Croatian market and markets of the region is step forward in efforts to win new markets and customers. Consolidation of knowledge, resources, technology, acquires new advantages that allow us to position more intensely in the region in which we operate.

Guests of conference were Mr. Wislav Tarka, Polish ambassador in republic of Croatia and Mrs. Charlotte Rhue, Head of the Croatian office EBRD.
