Despite Challenging Times We Had Good Year and Face Promising Future

Last year was challenging for everybody due to global Covid-19 pandemic. It changed the way we live and work. Many sectors of the economy were able to continue to operate thanks to innovative technologies. We observed an increased interest in our solutions enabling remote communication and collaboration, remote document management, web and mobile payments as well as handling problems connected with the pandemic, which allowed our clients to continue to do business and live in a safe and undisrupted way. With the big effort of our team we finished last year once again with the financial results better than in the previous years. It was possible thanks to a considerable improvement in the efficiency of Banking and Dedicated Solutions business units as well as an increased scale of operations of the Payment business unit (Payten). 2021 year started for us with the purchase of Things Solver, company specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This acquisition is part of our strategy to develop our competences within the AI domain and will help us to enhance our offer with even deeper data insight capabilities, predictive analysis and generating business recommendations which will translate into better understanding of customers, business potential and opportunities for growth for our clients. I expect our business from all three segments of our operations to grow in this area in the near future. We will also continue to develop our offer within remote document management and business automation, client management as well as within digital transformation of the banks and mobile and security solutions. At Payten we will focus on further development of our portfolio of products and solutions within e-Commerce. We are also going to offer selected solutions both at ASEE and Payten in a Subscription model.
