Enhanced Business Operations with Customers in Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria
Asseco SEE has successfully completed two projects in Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria, first for credit risk mitigation in banking operations and second for customer data consolidation.
Complying with strict standards of Raiffeisen Bank Group, Experience Collateral Management application (CM) was rolled out early in 2015, while Experience Customer Insight application (CI) was deployed into production within the project of Customer Information File (CIF) in 2016. By realizing this project, the Bank has significantly enhanced its operations with customers.
Experience Collateral Management
It was very complex for Experience CM application to support all the processes of collateral approval for diverse customer segments and their integration with various banking applications. This solution provides a complete process of registering all types of collaterals in a single database and optimum calculation of allocation per customer and per entire portfolio of the Bank, in order to mitigate credit risk and reduce required provision for risk-bearing receivables to the Central Bank.
Experience Customer Insight
After successful implementation, Experience CI application has consolidated data on customers from different Bank systems and has become a single point for managing customer details (MDM - Master data management).
According to the classification of the Bulgarian Central Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria ranks within five largest banks on the banking market of Bulgaria. More than 1,000 employees of the Bank register above 150 new customers on a daily basis using the new MDM system for customer details, while linking customers into Groups of Connected Customers and calculating group exposure represent no longer a problem.
