First Implementation of Digital Edge-as-a-Service for NLB Banka in Serbia
Asseco SEE’s omnichannel solution for digital banking, Digital Edge, which is also available as a service in Cloud, has been deployed within the company’s Service Centre enabling NLB Banka Beograd to offer cutting-edge electronic and mobile banking services to its customers.
The goal achieved with this project includes significant enhancement of the existing e-banking and m-banking channels, especially in terms of new functionalities and new design. Furthermore, additional value has been provided through integration with third-party software which was not used efficiently by the bank earlier.
Through enhanced electronic and mobile banking services provided by NLB Banka in Serbia, which are aligned with the highest standards in the banking industry, the bank’s customers can manage their finances at any time and from any location. Direct omnichannel communication with the bank is at a fingertip, as the current offer of products and services, submitting requests, managing debit and credit cards, paying bills, and numerous other banking services are just a click away.
Proving once again its devotion to keeping track of global trends and customers’ requests, Asseco SEE offers its Digital Edge solution which provides end-to-end digitization as an outsourcing option. With upgraded infrastructure, Asseco SEE’s Service Centre can now fully support Digital Edge-as-a-Service and provide this service to all interested banks.
What is Digital Edge-as-a-Service?
Digital Edge-as-a-Service provides the same features and quality as Asseco SEE’s on-premise solution, which ensures consistent user experience across all of the bank’s digital channels. However, it does this without causing headaches from platform and infrastructure maintenance. Asseco SEE handles support and maintenance on its end, so banks can reduce their IT costs while providing users with a higher level of service.
With our Digital Edge-as-a-Service banks can offer customers a targeted and consistent digital banking experience – without going through a long and costly implementation. Payment is made only for the services that a bank uses, so the bank’s costs correlate with its revenue.
