Asseco SEE, leading IT company in software development area, signed a partnership contract with Canadian company Titus.

Signing this contract, Asseco SEE became the main distributer of Titus products for Southeastern Europe.

"Obtaining status of the unique distributer for the region of Southeastern Europe created opportunities of expanding to the markets of Poland and Central Europe" – said Head of Integration systems of company Asseco SEE Vladan Atanasijević, at the workshop organized on Thursday, (September 29th, 2011) at the company premises with topic "User-driven Data Loss Prevention: How to avoid becoming next Wikileaks’ victim?"

At the workshop organized by Asseco SEE and Titus, the vice president of sales division of Titus, Scott Morin, presented the solution on prevention of confidential data loss based on classification system.

A large number of attendees had an opportunity to hear about the ways how to protect confidential data, information of public concern and personal information at the moment of their very creation, and how to automate the classification process, the possibilities of upgrading the existing investments into software and hardware security solutions, as well as how to ensure efficient application of classification policy at every work station.

One of the topics at the workshop was also the best practice of data protection and classification applied in countries of European Union and at global level.
