Sberbank Srbija wishes to expand cooperation with Asseco SEE

Asseco SEE’s solution for loan origination, ASEBA InCorso, was once again successfully implemented, this time at Sberbank Srbija.

Asseco SEE’s solution for loan origination, ASEBA InCorso, was once again successfully implemented, this time at Sberbank Srbija. The solution was implemented within the bank’s rewarding program “Super Card” and the project was successfully finished in the last quarter of 2015 despite its very tight deadlines. The project was realized using the synergy of several teams of Asseco SEE, Sberbank Srbija and FirstData, which was the processing company of choice.

“Super Card” is a rewarding program which includes several partners, each of whom rewards its customers for the purchase or usage of their services. It mainly consists of the system for the contracting and approval of ASEBA InCorso credit products which has already been recognized for its excellence. The solution is present on all points of sale of Merkator in Serbia.

The solution covers all process functions of customer registration, card request recording, automated credit ability controls, B2B data import from credit bureau, complex rating and credit limit calculations throughout InCorso scoring engine, and automated approval which finally results with an agreed credit limit in the ASEBA bApO core system and generation of an operative Super Card by which customer can gain significant benefits not only on the Merkator's points of sale, but with other partners of the “Super Card” program, too.

Over 90% of all functionalities or card contracting and issuing is fully automated so that no human resources are required, and the whole service process, from the moment of customer's visit to the teller, until leaving the point of sale, in most cases takes less than 10 minutes.

The most challenging thing was the requirement of providing a reliable solution to cover a big number of points of sale, which would be at the same time maximally ergonomically customized to suit the end users aiming to provide service to numerous customers in a short period of time.
