Technobank 2016 held in Belgrade

Advanced Digital Banking in Serbia. New technology should not be more complicated to use, nor even equally complicated as the technology the customers are presently using, because they won’t show any interest in it.

The integration of digital and self-service distribution channels enables banks to achieve their optimum efficiency, reduce costs and fulfill all their obligations towards customers in the best possible manner. The banking sector is striving to put the customers into the focus in order to increase their participation in the decision making process, so that they are enabled to manage their finance and transactions without visiting the branch offices, and not depending on the bank’s working hours. Digital banking is the trend which has been increasingly present over the last decade.
