The Most Desirable Employer in B&H 2017

Leading internet portal for hiring in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Posao.ba, has organized the survey for the selection of the most desirable employer of the year 2017. Asseco SEE d.o.o. Sarajevo was in the category of ICT companies and was recognized amongst top 100 most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Project "The Most Desirable Employer" is organized each year, and it is based on three months of research. This year 724 companies participated in the survey with a total of 18,490 votes. The survey is based on solely on-line voting and this is the eleventh year of this project.

The participants in the research most appreciated good relationship with the employees and a positive working environment. Third place was the security of a job retention. Also, high quality of products and services of the company were very important, the ability to develop professional skills and the level of salaries and other benefits as well.

Asseco SEE d.o.o. Sarajevo was in the category of ICT companies and was recognized amongst top 100 most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Thanks to the team of young, enthusiastic and dedicated people as well as the employees of Asseco SEE d.o.o. from BIH, ASEE was selected and awarded with this prestigious award. Trademark of The Most Desirable Employer will remind us about our success but also will be our driving force to continue with our successes and build our team together so we become better in years to come. 

About the survey:

The survey was conducted by over 100 cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina, with an average age of participants 25 to 35 years. The highest number of participants in this survey have high qualifications - 63% and 75% of respondents are currently employed. Participants in research most appreciate good relationship with the employees and a positive working environment. Third place is the security of job retention. Also high quality of products and services of the company are very important, the ability to develop professional skills and the level of salaries and other benefits as well.
