UniCredit Slovenia and Httpool won Webit Award for advertising launch of bank's mobile banking application

UniCredit Slovenia and Httpool won Webit Award for advertising launch of bank's mobile banking application based on Asseco SEE's solution ASEBA JiMBa.

UniCredit Bank Slovenia and Httpool agency for online and mobile advertising won Webit Award at Webit Congress 2011, which was held in Sofia at the end of 2011, for advertising of launch of bank's mobile banking application based on Asseco SEE's solution for mobile banking ASEBA JiMBa.

UniCredit Bank Slovenia is one of 8 banks of UniCredit group that operate in Central and Eastern Europe that decided to implement Asseco SEE's solution. Besides in Slovenia, mobile banking service based on ASEBA JiMBa is already active in Czech Republic, Serbia, Slovakia and Bulgaria. Soon it will become available to end users in remaining 3 countries.

Webit Congress is one of the most important European events for digital marketing and IT in CEE that this year hosted more than 5.000 participants from 40 countries.

UniCredit Bank has advertised launch of the first universal mobile banking application on mobile phones and tablets, which is based on Asseco's solution for mobile banking ASEBA JiMBa. Campaign offered an effective way to reach the target audience – potential users of the mobile application.

Current and potential clients were introduced to the new service in banking through microsites on smartphones. Microsite was enabling users to learn about applications features and showed the way to start using it, by linking to the application, enabling automated call for them to get more information and a map showing the nearest UniCredit Bank and bringing clients one step closer. Moreover, campaign included creatives adapted to other mobile phones and tablets, to get the greatest reach with most effective creative solution for each device.
