Ziraat bank extends cooperation with Asseco SEE

Ziraat Bank, one of the largest banks in Turkey in terms of retail customers, branches and operations, prefferred ASEBA core banking solutions for its operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Kosovo.

Ziraat Bank, one of the largest banks in Turkey in terms of retail customers, branches and operations, prefferred ASEBA core banking solutions for its operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Kosovo. As of 31 December 2014 the bank carries its activities with a grand total of 1.707 branches; including 25 branches abroad and maintains the largest international presence of any Turkish bank.

Ziraat Bank has chosen to work with Asseco SEE for its know-how in the area of banking solutions and the broad experience in the region. Thanks to Asseco SEE’s ASEBA core banking solutions the bank will achieve a full compliance with local regulations and applications in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Kosovo. The project in Bosnia and Herzegovina also includes a card management system integration, processor migration and a completely new POS network. With this project, Asseco SEE strengthened its position at international banking groups.
