Growing Interest in Digital Banking and e-Commerce Solutions
A message from Piotr Jeleński
We have started 2019 with many exciting projects resulting from the change in the way people use banking services, do shopping and how it effects financial and payment sectors for which we provide our solutions.
First months of the year were very good for Payten e-Commerce products. We signed almost 60 contracts for our virtual POS Paratika solution directed at merchants and over 10 for our payment gateway NestPay and switching & tokenization MSU solutions. In this issue of the Newsletter you can read how the largest Turkish online bookstore kitapyurdu.com does business using MSU and Paratika. Moreover since the beginning of the year our Trides Access Control Server, which enables payment card issuing institutions to perform 3D secure authentication, has been ordered by 25 clients, which proves market confidence in Payten expertise within payment and security technology. Apart from many successes in e-Commerce sector, Payten MoneyGet independent ATM network has been expanding – it reached the milestone of 100 locations in Serbia and is entering the Albanian market.
On the banking side we observed a growing interest in the region for our digital banking solutions (both channels and PSD2 Enabler) as well as Digital Origination and Instant Payment. For example in the first quarter of this year ASEE completed, together with Erste Bank Serbia, a deployment of the instant payment system in the SaaS mode – Payment Gateway, about which you can read in details in the Newsletter. You will also find there a story of ASEE support in one of the most complex integrations of banks on the Serbian financial market, OTP Bank and Vojvođanska banka, which was completed successfully in April, and many more.
